基于交互设计方法的产品视觉导视系统设计

摘要 目前产品视觉导视系统,不具有人机交互功能,影响用户对产品购买的体验,导致导视系统适用性差。为此设计基于交互设计方法的产品视觉导视系统。硬件设计方面,设计导视系统硬件总体结构,确定导视系统显示及触屏模块的配置。软件设计方面,综合考虑综合用户和产品商机对导视系统的需求、思维方式、习惯,以及导视系统可能放置位置,确定导视系统功能以及决策过程,设计触屏交互界面,建立产品信息数据库,促使产品视觉导视系统具有人机交互功能,自主完成产品导视。设计导视系统与两个传统系统的对比实验,确定测试地点和测试用户,分别体验三个系统实际使用效果,实验结果表明,此次设计的系统可以在商场中使用,且适合各年龄人群。 The current product visual guidance system does not have the function of human⁃computer interaction,which affects the user′s experience of product purchase,resulting in poor applicability of the guidance system.Therefore,a product visual guidance system based on interactive design method is designed.In terms of hardware design,the overall hardware structure of the visual guidance system is designed,and the configuration of the display module and touch screen module of the visual guidance system is determined.In the aspect of software design,product business opportunities and users'needs,thinking modes,habits and possible placement location of the visual guidance system are considered,so as to determine the function and decision⁃making process of the visual guidance system;the touch screen interactive interface is designed and the product information database is established,so as to help the product visual guidance system to get the human⁃computer interaction function and complete the visual guidance of product autonomously.The contrast experiment between the visual guidance system and other two traditional systems was designed,and the test site and test users were determined to experience the actual use effect of the three systems respectively.The experimental results show that the designed system can be used in shopping malls,and is suitable for the people in any ages.
