摘要 为探讨适合三亚地区的猴面包树实生苗荫棚育苗生产技术,以猴面包树种子作为试验材料,研究5种播种基质、4种浸种水温、10种化学处理对猴面包树种子萌发和幼苗生的长影响,并在单因素试验的基础上采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验进行优化。单因素试验结果表明:供试的5种基质中,配合型基质椰糠∶菜园土=1∶1最适合猴面包树实生苗育苗;采用100℃浸种催芽效果最佳;采用95%浓硫酸酸蚀种子12 h,可获得最高的萌发率和发芽势,且实生苗的各项生长发育考察指标较优;80 mg/LABT溶液能有效促进根的生长。正交试验结果表明,最优种子处理组合是:将猴面包树种子以30℃水浸泡去果肉的猴面包树种子24 h,然后用95%浓硫酸酸蚀12 h,将酸液冲洗干净后,用80 mg/L的ABT溶液处理12 h,30 d种子发芽率可达58%。 Seeds of the fruits from the African Baobab tree(Adansonia.digitata)were soaked with hot water at 4 different temperatures,treated with 3 chemical products(9 treatments)and sown on 5 culture substrates to observe their germination and seedling growth under the shelter,and optimized L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal experiments were carried out on the basis of single factor experiments.The single factor experiment showed that the mixed substrate(coconut:garden soil=1:1)is best among the 5 substrates.The seeds have the highest germination effect when soaked in hot water at 100℃,cooled to room temperature,and then soaked for 24 hours.For the chemical treatments,the seeds treated with 95%sulfuric acid for 12 hours had the highest germination rate and the highest germination vigor,and their seedlings were better in growth and development,and the seeds treated with ABT solution at 80 mg·L^(-1)had a higher root growth.The orthogonal experiment showed that the optimal seed treatment combination is to soak the seeds in hot water at 30℃ for 24 h,and treat the seeds with 95%sulfuric acid for 12 h,and then with 80 mg·L^(-1 )ABT solution for 12 h,under which the seed germination rate was upto 58%.
