摘要
基于Design of Experiment(DOE)试验测温数据,采用线性回归分析方法,得到自主开发的水冷式尿素喷嘴6个关键位置的温度回归方程模型。实测温度值和预测温度值差值<5℃,表明模型精度较高。柴油机台架试验结果显示,预测温度误差为-4.4℃~5.7℃,表明尿素喷嘴温度回归模型可用于实际应用项目的开发预测,可在项目开发前期预测尿素喷嘴内部结晶和过热失效风险。
The temperature regression equation models of six key positions of self-development water-cooled urea injector were put forward based on the temperature measurement data of Design of Experiment(DOE)by using linear regression analysis method.The difference temperature was less than 5℃between the measured temperature and the predicted temperature,that indicated that the accuracy of the model was high.The engine bench test results showed that the predicted temperature error was-4.4℃to 5.7℃.The result indicated that the urea injector temperature regression model could be used for the development and prediction of application projects,and could predict the risk of urea injector internal deposit and overheating failure at the early stage of project.
