摘要
新中国成人教育取得了一系列显著进展,包括建立正规的成人学校教育系统、成人教育样态不断丰富,这些成就的获得同有效回应成人教育发展过程中面临的一系列现实问题直接相关。这一系列现实问题的主干是由成人教育正规化带来的学制改革问题,两翼分别是以成人教育多样化为表征的领域转移问题和以成人教育质量提升为表征的内涵发展问题。就两翼而言,前者是成人教育正规化建设的一种解构力量,而后者是成人教育正规化建设的一种建构力量。三大问题之间的相互关联,以及内部的演进变迁,构成了新中国成人教育发展的谱系。
The New China has achieved a series of significant progress in adult education,including the establishment of a formal education system of adult school and the richness of types of adult education,which are the direct results of effectively resolving a series of real problems in the development of adult education.The primary problem is the reform of school system resulting from the formalization of adult education.The two relative problems are the domain transfer represented by the diversity of adult education and the connotative development represented by the improvement of adult education quality.As to the two relative problems,the former is a deconstructive force of the formalization of adult education;while the latter is a constructive force of the formalization of adult education.The interaction and internal evolution of these three problems construct the genealogy of adult education development in New China.
