摘要
“双一流”建设对我国高校继续教育的影响是全方位的。在此背景下,地方高校继续教育在吸引力、竞争力、可持续发展力等方面都面临巨大的挑战和现实困境,亟须加强内涵建设。对策如下:需要凝练办学理念,增强吸引力;转变办学模式,提高竞争力;健全组织结构,提升可持续发展力。
The construction of"double first class"has an all-round influence on the continuing education of colleges and universities in China.In this context,it is urgent to strengthen the connotation construction of continuing education in local colleges and universities,which faces great challenges and practical difficulties in attractiveness,competitiveness and sustainable development.In order to realize the connotation development of continuing education in local colleges and universities,it is necessary to refine the concept of school running and enhance its attraction;to transform the model of running a school and boost the competitiveness;to improve the organizational structure and enhance the sustainable development.
