摘要
通过对亚洲、欧洲、北美洲等国家和地区的加氢站比较研究,发现现阶段我国加氢站发展在安全间距、储氢方式、氢能管理等方面与国外存在的差异,同时指出我国标准制定过程中采用的汽油与氢气能量等价换算方法计算得出了过大的安全间距,这在一定程度上制约了我国加氢站的发展。研究了基于量化风险评价的加氢站安全间距计算方法,为加氢站安全间距的科学合理制修订提供了基础。
Through the comparative study of hydrogen refueling stations in Asia,Europe,North America and other countries and regions,it was found that there were many differences between the development of hydrogen refueling stations in China and foreign countries in safety distances,hydrogen storage mode,hydrogen energy management and so on.The gasoline and hydrogen energy equivalent conversion method applied in the process of my country′s standard formulation has calculated an excessively large safety distance,which has restricted the development of my country′s hydrogen refueling stations to a certain extent.The calculation method of the safety distance of hydrogen refueling stations based on quantitative risk assessment was studied,which provided a basis for the scientific and reasonable revision of the safety distance of hydrogen refueling stations.
