Construction and Application of“Big Data”Thought Dynamic Analysis Platform based on Employee Safety Behavior

针对当前企业改革创新、转型发展中员工安全行为特点,结合当下严峻的安全管理、生产经营形势以及各级人员的压力实际,按照发现问题、解压疏导、跟踪防范的工作思路,基于员工安全行为建设了“大数据”思想动态分析平台,通过应用“大数据”关注安全行为、开展思想动态分析,探索企业安全发展之道。

In view of the characteristics of employees′safety behavior in the current enterprise reform and innovation,transformation and development,combined with the current severe safety management,production and operation situation and the actual pressure of personnel at all levels,and according to the working ideas of finding problems,decompression and dredging,tracking and prevention,a“big data”dynamic analysis platform was built based on the employees′safety behavior.By applying“big data”to pay attention to safety behavior and carrying out ideological dynamic analysis,the way of enterprise safety development was efficiently explored.
