梧桐的同名异物现象辨析

Discrimination and Analysis of the Homonymy Phenomenon of Phoenix Tree

为了对梧桐的同名异物现象进行辨析,从综述梧桐的传统意象出发,对常被冠以“梧桐”之名的植物进行了辨析,对比了梧桐在古典园林和现代园林中的应用情况,综合分析了梧桐的同物异名现象出现的原因。结果发现:梧桐在我国有着悠久的栽培历史和深厚的文化底蕴,“梧桐”意象对大众的深刻影响,但由于梧桐在现代园林中应用较少且科普力度不足而与之相似的植物园林应用更多,大众渴求回归传统文化的意愿与植物科普、传统园林模式缺失的冲突可能是导致梧桐同名异物现象出现的原因。为减少梧桐与其他植物名称混乱的现象,植物科普必不可少,但更重要的是增加梧桐在城市园林中的合理使用,对此提出了三点建议:①加强对梧桐的育种工作,扩大梧桐生态适应范围;②鼓励园林苗木供应商生产梧桐种苗,提高梧桐植株在圃量;③注重梧桐植物文化挖掘,创造能够体现其植物内涵的园林景观。

In order to distinguish and analyze the phenomenon of the homonymy phenomenon of phoenix tree,this paper starts from the traditional image of phoenix tree,and analyzes the plant which is often named as Wu Tong(phoenix tree named in Chinese)",then compares the landscape application of phoenix tree in classical and modern landscape architecture,and comprehensively analyzes the causes of the homonymy phenomenon.The results showed that phoenix tree had a long cultivation history and profound cultural background in China.The image of"Wu Tong"has profound influence to the public.However,due to the fact that phoenix trees are less used in modern gardens and the popularization of science is insufficient,there are more applications of similar plant gardens.The conflict between the public desire to return to traditional culture and the lack of plant science and the lack of traditional gardening patterns may be the causes of the phenomenon of phoenix tree with homonymy phenomenon.In order to reduce homonymy phenomenon of phoenix tree,it was necessary to popularize plants,but more important was to increase the rational use of phoenix tree in urban landscape architecture.Three suggestions were put forward:①Strengthen the breeding work of phoenix tree and enlarge the ecological adaptation range of phoenix tree;②Encourage garden seedling suppliers to produce parasol seedlings and increase the number of phoenix tree in the nursery;③Pay attention to the excavation of parasol plant culture,and create a landscape that can reflect its plant connotation.
