新工科背景下高校教师队伍建设长效机制刍论

On the Long-term Mechanism of the Construction of College Teachers Under the Background of New Engineering

指出了2019年12月28日,教育部在天津大学召开的关于深化新工科建设暨卓越大学联盟高校的座谈会,针对新工科建设中的问题以及未来新工科发展的方向指明了方向。在此背景之下,结合工作实践,深入分析了新工科背景下当前高校教师队伍中存在的问题:师资队伍年龄结构不合理;师资队伍建设规划滞后;国际化视野有待提高。提出了相应的解决措施:建立多元化的教师储备机制,建立长远的师资队伍储备布局,加大培养力度,打造双师型的队伍建设。以供参考。

On December 28,2019,the Ministry of Education's Symposium on Deepening the Construction of New Engineering and the Symposium on New Engineering Education in Universities of the Union of Outstanding Universities were held in Tianjin University.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the construction of teachers in colleges and universities under the background of new engineering.The age structure of the teaching staff is unreasonable;after the planning of the construction of the teaching staff,international vision needs to be improved.The solution is to establish a diversified teacher reserve mechanism,establish a long-term teacher reserve layout,increase training efforts,and create a double-qualified team.
