This paper discussed the construction thoughts of industrial college,and briefly introduced the industrial college construction practice of Wuhan Institute of Shipbuilding Technology.The author’s understanding and perspective on industrial college construction was elaborated from the aspects of basic principle,difficulties,implementation methods and angles,etc.
