信息化时代,档案利用媒介、档案用户需求、个人阅读习惯等均有了较大变化,时代对兰台人提出了更高要求。从高校校史档案的文化价值出发,分析了信息化时代高校校史档案的特点,从信息、人力、组织、空间、基础等多方面探索了高校校史档案的开发研究。期待将传统编研与大数据技术相连接,将校史档案与现代信息技术相结合,广泛吸引用户,提高用户体验,弘扬校史档案文化精神。

In the information age,great changes have taken place in the media of archives utilization,the needs of users and their reading habits.Based on the cultural value of university history archives,this paper analyzes the characteristics of university history archives in the information age,and explores the development of university history archives from the aspects of information,manpower,organization,space and foundation.It is expected to connect traditional compilation and research with big data technology,and combine school history archives with modern information technology,so as to attract users extensively,improve user experience,and carry forward the cultural spirit of school history archives.
