Contemporary college students are very individual and concerned about personalized development,lacking awareness of collectivism.However,collectivism education is an important part of ideological and political education for college students,especially for non-commissioned officer students who are expected to join the army.This essay puts forward some measures for collectivism education for non-commissioned officer.
