当代高校法学专业教育的优化路径探析

高校的法学专业教育作为培养我国法律专业人才的主要途径,其对于推动中国法治建设,促进特色社会主义法学体系形成具有极强的能动作用。但当前由于高校法学教育的目标片面、方法落后、体制混乱以及模式单一导致其实效性并未得到发挥。随着依法治国理念的不断深入、社会经济的持续增长、人工智能技术的广泛应用以及高端法学人才的不断涌现为当代高校法学专业教育带来了新的机遇。应首先准确把握高校法学教育目标;其次,积极转变高校法学教育方法;再次,打破高校同实务部门的体制壁垒;最后,积极探索“人工智能+法学”的教育模式。以期提高我国高校法学教育的水平。

Education of law majors in colleges and universities is the main way to cultivate legal professionals.It plays an important role in promoting the formation of a characteristic socialist legal system in China.This essay analyzes problems and shortcomings existing in the education of law majors in colleges and universities,based on which this essay puts forward some approaches to optimize the education,such as setting the education goal,innovate the education methods,breaking the institutional barriers between colleges and practical departments,and exploring"Artificial Intelligence+Law"education model,with a view to improving the education level.
