宣肺调脾饮治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xuanfei Tiaopi Drink in the Treatment of Upper Airway Cough Syndrome in Children

目的评价宣肺调脾饮治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征(肺脾不调证)的疗效。方法选择2015年12月-2016年8月山西医科大学第二医院中医科及儿科门诊符合入选标准的60例上气道咳嗽综合征患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗,治疗组给予宣肺调脾饮治疗,疗程均为2周。治疗结束后对2组患儿的咳嗽减轻率、中医证候疗效、症状积分及莱斯特咳嗽问卷积分进行比较。结果2组的咳嗽减轻率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组的中医证候总有效率为96.67%(29/30)优于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组咳嗽评分与对照组相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但咳痰、鼻塞、流涕、咽部体征评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后的莱斯特咳嗽问卷积分较治疗前均有明显改善,且治疗组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论宣肺调脾饮可改善上气道咳嗽综合征肺脾不调证患儿的临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of Xuanfei Tiaopi drink on upper airway cough syndrome(UACS)children with irregulation of lung and spleen syndrome.Methods A total of 60 children with UACS in Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from December 2015 to August 2016 were recruited and randomly divided into 2 groups,with 30 children in each group.The control group took Budesonide Nasal Spray,and the treatment group took Xuanfei Tiaopi drink.Both groups received treatment for 2 weeks.The cough reduction rate and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome efficacy of the two groups as well as main symptoms score and the Leicester Cough Questionnaire(LCQ)score between the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in cough relief rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 96.67%(29/30),which was better than that in the control group(73.33%(22/30)),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the cough score of the treatment group was similar to that of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the sputum,nasal congestion,runny nose and pharyngeal signs scores were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of Lester cough questionnaire in both groups improved significantly after treatment compared with before treatment,and the improvement in the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Xuanfei Tiaopi drink can improve the clinical symptoms in children with upper airway cough syndrome,enhance the quality of life,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
