益气养阴活血汤联合针刺治疗2型糖尿病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的系统性评价益气养阴活血汤联合针刺治疗对2型糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年4月-2020年4月于抚顺市中医院内分泌科病房住院并接受治疗的2型糖尿病患者60例,采用信封法随机分为对照组30例,应用益气养阴活血汤内服治疗方案;试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合穴位针刺治疗方案,观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、糖化血红蛋白和临床总有效率。结果经临床治疗,试验组中医证候评分、糖化血红蛋白、临床总有效率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴活血汤联合穴位针刺治疗方案可显著改善2型糖尿病患者内分泌代谢功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction combined with acupuncture on type 2 diabetic patients.Methods From April 2019 to April 2020,60 patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized and treated in the endocrine ward of Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases)and the experimental group(30 cases)according to the treatment plan of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction.The experimental group(30 cases)was treated with acupoint acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score and glycosylated blood red before and after treatment Protein and clinical efficiency were observed.Results After clinical treatment,the TCM symptom score,glycosylated hemoglobin and clinical effective rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction combined with acupoint acupuncture can significantly improve the endocrine and metabolic function of patients with type 2 diabetes,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
