耳穴压豆联合八段锦对2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢的影响

The Effect of Auricular Point Pressing Combined with Baduanjin on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨耳穴压豆联合八段锦治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法选择2019年8月-2020年1月江西省萍乡市中医院收治的50例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组患者进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采取耳穴压豆联合八段锦治疗。比较2组干预前后空腹血糖(Fasting blood-glucose,FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hour postprandial blood glucose,2 h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白水平、胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(Triglycerides,TG)、低密度脂蛋白(Low-density lipoprotein,LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(High density lipoprotein,HDL)水平。结果干预后,观察组的FBG、2 h PBG、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于干预前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的TC、TG、LDL水平低于对照组,HDL水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合八段锦治疗2型糖尿病,能降低患者的FBG、2 h PBG、糖化血红蛋白水平,改善TC、TG、LDL、HDL水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of auricular point pressing combined with baduanjin on glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 50 patients who were treated in Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to January 2020 were included in this study.According to the random number table control method,they were divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine treatment.The observation group,on the basis of the control group,took auricular point pressing combined with Baduanjin intervention.The levels of FBG,2 hpbg,Hb A1 c,TC,TG,LDL and HDL were observed before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the levels of FBG,2 h PBG and hba1 c in observation group were lower than those before intervention and control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The TC,TG and LDL levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while HDL levels were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of auricular point pressing and Baduanjin has a positive effect on glycolipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic patients.It can reduce the level of FBG,2 hpbg and Hb A1 c,improve the level of TC,TG,LDL and HDL,and has a high application value.
