针刺联合康复训练治疗脑出血偏瘫肌张力增高临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Early Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Limb Function Recovery of Hemiplegic Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的考察针刺联合康复训练治疗脑出血偏瘫肌张力增高的疗效。方法选取2018年3月-2020年12月江西省大余县人民医院收治的38例脑出血偏瘫肌张力增高患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为对照组与观察组,每组19例。对照组行常规康复训练,观察组在康复训练基础上行针刺治疗。对2组的临床疗效、肌张力情况、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分及Barthel指数进行比较。结果观察组总有效率为94.74%(18/19),高于对照组的68.42%(13/19),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后2组患者肌张力均得到改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分及Barthel指数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合康复训练治疗脑出血偏瘫肌张力增高,能提高患者的临床疗效,患者的肢体功能恢复,改善患者生活质量,值得推广及应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with early rehabilitation training on limb function recovery of hemiplegic patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 38 cases of hemiplegic patients with increased muscle tension after cerebral hemorrhage in Jiangxi Dayu People’s Hospital from March 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by drawing lots,with 19 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture combined with routine recovery training,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.The clinical efficacy,muscle tension and limb function of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94.74%(18/19),which was higher than that of control group(68.42%,13/19),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,muscle tension was improved in both groups,and observation group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,Fugl-Meyer motor function score and Barthel index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with early rehabilitation training can effectively promote the recovery of limb function and improve the quality of life of patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage,which is worthy of promotion and application.
