补阳还五汤联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑卒中临床观察

Clinical Observation on Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨补阳还五汤加减联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月-2020年4月江西省大余县人民医院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者60例,采用单盲法分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组采用阿司匹林+氯吡格雷治疗,基于此,观察组联合补阳还五汤治疗。治疗4周后,比较2组临床疗效、神经功能缺损情况、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.67%(29/30)高于对照组73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率3.33%(1/30)低于对照组10.00%(3/30),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合阿司匹林治疗缺血性脑卒中效果显著,可改善患者神经功能,且不良反应少,安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu decoction and aspirin combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke.Methods 60 patients with ischemic stroke who were received by Dayu County People’s Hospital from January 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into an observation group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases)by single-blind method.The control group was treated with aspirin and clopidogrel.Based on this,the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,neurological deficits[Chinese neurological deficit score(CSS)of stroke patients in China]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30)higher than that of the control group(73.33%(22/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neurological deficit score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 3.33%(1/30)lower than that in control group(10.00%(3/30),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Buyang Huanwu decoction and aspirin has a significant effect on the treatment of ischemic stroke,which can improve the patient’s neurological function,with fewer adverse reactions and high safety.
