摘要
目的探究补髓益智汤联合西药对老年痴呆失眠患者睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2018年6月-2020年3月就诊于宜春市第三人民医院的70例老年痴呆失眠患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组采用西药常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补髓益智汤,2组均治疗1个月。比较2组匹兹堡睡眠质量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)、简易精神状态评价量表(Mini-mental state examination,MMSE)评分及不良反应发生率。结果治疗1个月后,观察组PSQI评分与不良反应发生率低于对照组,MMSE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补髓益智汤联合右佐匹克隆治疗老年痴呆失眠患者效果显著,可改善患者睡眠质量,提升患者认知功能,且安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Busui Yizhi decoction combined with dexzopiclone on sleep quality in patients with insomnia and Alzheimer disease.Methods 70 patients with dementia and insomnia who were treated in the Third People’s Hospital of Yichun from June 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each.The control group was treated with dextropiclone,and the observation group was added Busui Yizhi decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQI),Mini Mental State Assessment Scale(MMSE)scores and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the PSQI score and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the MMSE score was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Busui Yizhi decoction combined with zozopiclone has obvious effect on the treatment of insomnia patients with Alzheimer disease.It can improve the sleep quality of patients,improve the cognitive function of patients,has high safety and is worthy of promotion.
