穴位按摩护理在老年便秘中的应用

The Application of Acupoint Massage Nursing in Elderly Patients with Constipation

目的分析穴位按摩在老年便秘患者中的护理效果。方法选取2018年7月-2019年7月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的72例老年便秘患者,按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组予以常规护理,试验组在常规护理下实施穴位按摩,并对2组患者的治疗总有效率、首次排便时间、排便间隔时间以及每次排便时间予以比较分析。结果对照组总有效率为77.78%(28/36),试验组为97.22%(35/36),试验组总有效率高于对照组;试验组患者首次排便、排便间隔与每次排便的时间均比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论老年便秘患者护理中应用穴位按摩的效果确切,可使患者的排便时间明显缩短,促使治疗效果显著提升。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of acupoint massage of traditional Chinese medicine for elderly patients with constipation.Methods During the period from July 2018 to July 2019,72 senile constipation patients were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the number table,the control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given acupoint massage under routine nursing.The total effective rate,time of first defecation,interval of defecation and time of defecation were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 77.78%(28/36)in the control group and 97.22%(35/36)in the experimental group,which was higher than that in the control group.The first defecation,the interval between defecation and the time of each defecation in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of applying acupressure in the care of elderly patients with constipation is definite,which can shorten the defecation time of the patients and promote the treatment effect of the patients.
