高等中医药院校教学督导工作模式的研究

摘要 教学督导在提高高校教育教学质量方面发挥了重要作用,针对目前高等中医药院校存在教学督导工作职能单一、督导队伍建设不健全、深入临床实践环节缺乏、教学督导人员的针对性培训不足、反馈整改体系不完善等问题,还不适应新时代教育教学改革发展的要求,本文对高等中医药院校教学督导模式及管理体制进行分析,提出构建具有中医药特色的教学督导的运行机制。 Teaching supervision in the aspect of education quality of teaching in colleges and universities play an important role,in view of the present university of traditional Chinese medicine teaching supervision work function of a single,imperfect supervision team construction,lack of thorough clinical practice,teaching supervision personnel lack of targeted training,feedback correction system is not perfect,still not adapt to the demands of the development of new times education teaching reform in this paper,the university of traditional Chinese medicine teaching supervision mode and management system were analyzed,and put forward building has the characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine teaching supervision mechanism.
