摘要
为了评价一元二氧化氯高稳液对水稻穗颈瘟的田间防控效果,并明确其施用方法,本研究采用喷雾法、通过设置不同剂量与施用次数开展田间药效试验。结果表明,一元二氧化氯高稳液750、1000 mL/hm^(2)喷施5次或7次对水稻穗颈瘟均有较好的防效,其中以1000 mL/hm^(2)剂量喷施5次的防效最佳、对水稻的增产效果最明显,防效与增产率分别达69.40%、55.21%,皆高于对照药剂40%稻瘟灵可湿性粉剂1125 mL/hm^(2)喷施4次的防效与增产率。因此,一元二氧化氯高稳液在穗颈瘟防控方面具有一定应用前景,推荐剂量为1000 mL/hm^(2),施用次数为3~5次(具体根据水稻品种抗性、种植环境与气象条件确定)。
In order to evaluate the field efficacy of high-stability solution of monophyletic chlorine dioxide(HSSMCD)against rice spike neck blast and establish the application methods of HSSMCD,using spray methods,the field trials was conducted by setting up different dosages and application times of HSSMCD.The results revealed that spraying HSSMCD at dosage of 750 mL/hm^(2) and 1000 mL/hm^(2) for 5 times or 7 times all had excellent control effect against rice spike neck blast.Among them,spraying HSSMCD at dosage of 1000 mL/hm^(2) for 5 times had the best control effect and the most obvious increase effect on rice yield,with the control effect and yield-increasing rate of 69.40%and 55.21%,respectively,which were superior to those of spraying 40%isoprothiolane WP at dosage of 1125 mL/hm^(2) for 4 times.Therefore,HSSMCD has a certain application prospect in the prevention and control of rice spike neck blast.The recommended dosage is 1000 mL/hm^(2),and the application times are 3-5 times(depending on the resistance of rice varieties,planting environment and weather condition).
