植物类萌发素蛋白研究进展

摘要 植物类萌发素蛋白是一类重要的胁迫响应蛋白,同时也是一类与萌发素基因序列高度同源、位于胞外基质的可溶性糖蛋白,几乎在所有的植物中都发现该类蛋白质的存在,在植物整个生长发育过程中发挥着重要的作用。本文综述了植物GLPs的结构特征及其在植物生长发育和生物以及非生物胁迫应答中的作用,以期为今后进一步研究植物类萌发素蛋白提供参考。 Plant germin-like protein is an important type of stress-responsive protein.At the same time,it is a type of soluble sugar that is highly homologous to the germin gene sequence and located in the extracellular matrix.This type of protein is found in almost all plants,which plays an important role in the whole growth and development of plants.This paper reviewed the structural features of plant GLPs and their roles in plant growth and development and responses to biotic and abiotic stresses,in order to provide references for further research on plant germin-like proteins in the future.
