美国与中国在处理新冠肺炎疫情上形成了鲜明的对比,中国的疫情防控能力和制度优势明显优于美国。美国两党相互掣肘、相互倾轧,中国各党派在中国共产党的领导下相互合作、风雨同舟;美国将金钱利益凌驾于生命之上,中国秉持生命至上、人民至上的宗旨;美国中央与地方各自为政、分权制衡,中国坚持全国一盘棋、集中力量办大事的原则;美国"新自由主义"大行其道,中国坚持公有制经济的主体地位;美国奉行自由至上主义的权利观,中国坚持集体主义的价值理念;美国面对危机转移矛盾、急于甩锅,中国直面短板,勇于自我完善、自我发展。

There is a sharp contrast between the United States and China in handling the COVID-19 epidemic. China’s epidemic prevention and control capabilities and institutional advantages are significantly better than those of the United States. The two parties in the United States are constrained and polarized,while China’s various parties cooperate with each other through storms and tides under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. The United States puts money and interests above life,while China prioritizes its people and their lives. The United States central and local governments separate powers and balance powers,while China ensures the whole country works together to mobilize resources for major undertakings. America’s “neoliberalism” prevails,while China insists on the dominant position of the public economy. The United States pursues the right view of liberal supremacism,while China adheres to the valued concept of collectivism. In the face of the crisis,the United States has shifted its conflicts and kept playing the blame game,while China faces its shortcomings and has the courage to improve and develop itself.
