A Discussion of the Theoretical System Construction of Confidence in the System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

坚定中国特色社会主义制度自信是实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标的重要精神力量,是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的现实需要,是新时代制度自信理论创新发展的必然要求。坚定制度自信需要构建富有时代性、学理性、原创性、系统性为一体的理论体系,具体体现在构建中国特色社会主义制度自信的概念体系、内容体系、价值体系、支撑体系、逻辑体系,进而系统回答制度自信“是什么”“自信什么”“何以自信”“自信何为”“怎样自信”等一系列重大理论和现实问题。

Upholding confidence in the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an important spiri⁃tual strength to achieve the Two Centenary Goals,the realistic need to modernize the state governance sys⁃tem and capacity,and the necessary requirement for the innovative development of the theory of confidence in system in the new era.To uphold confidence in system,it needs to construct a theoretical system integrat⁃ed with contemporary characteristics,originality and systematicity,which is embodied specifically in con⁃structing the concept system,content system,value system,support system,and logic system of confidence in the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It can then answer systematically a series of impor⁃tant theoretical and realistic questions such as“what is confidence in system”,“what to be confident”,“where is the confidence from”,“why do we need to be confident”,“how to be confident”and so on.
