以增设一类口岸推动宁夏内陆开放型经济高质量发展

Promoting a High-quality Development of Ningxia Inland Open Economy by Adding Category-1 Ports

实施开放带动战略,加快构建高水平开放新体制、全方位开放新格局,破解开放不足短板,以高水平开放促进高质量发展是“十四五”时期宁夏经济发展的重要目标。陆路一类口岸的缺失,在一定程度上掣肘了宁夏开放型经济的发展。基于宁夏现有口岸发展情况,运用数量耦合方法研究一类口岸建设与宁夏开放型经济发展在时间序列上的耦合协调关系发现:一类口岸建设与宁夏开放型经济建设之间存在着较强的相关性和协调性,“十四五”时期建设陆路一类口岸可以成为宁夏内陆开放型经济发展的重要“抓手”。

To implement opening-up-driven strategy,speed up building a new high-level opening-up mech⁃anism and an all-round opening-up structure,break up the short plank of insufficient opening-up,and pro⁃mote a high-quality development with high-level opening-up are the key targets of Ningxia’s economic de⁃velopment during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.The lack of category-1 land ports has,to some extent,re⁃stricted the development of Ningxia’s open economy.Based on the development of Ningxia’s current ports,we have studied on the coupling and coordinated relations on time series between the construction of catego⁃ry-1 ports and the development of Ningxia’s open economy with quantitative coupling method.It reveals that there is a strong correlation and coordination between the construction of category-1 ports and the develop⁃ment of Ningxia’s open economy,and building land category-1 ports during the 14th Five-Year Plan period can be an important method to promote Ningxia inland open economy.
