摘要 首先建立了脱硫浆液pH值控制系统的近似数学模型,然后使用改进的遗传算法对脱硫浆液pH值控制系统的单回路PID参数进行在线整定寻优。改进的遗传算法在传统的目标函数ITAE基础上,融合超调量、上升时间及控制量的输出等,提出了一种综合性能指标函数作为PID参数寻优的依据。仿真试验表明,改进遗传算法整定结果与传统遗传算法整定结果相比,可有效提高脱硫浆液pH值的控制品质,降低控制系统超调量,提高响应的快速性。 In this paper,an approximate mathematical model of the pH value control system of the desulfurization slurry is established.Then an improved genetic algorithm is used to optimize the single loop PID parameters of the pH value control system of the desulfurization slurry.Based on the traditional objective function ITAE,the improved genetic algorithm integrates the output of overshoot,rise time and control value,and a comprehensive performance index function as the basis for PID parameter optimization is proposed.Simulation experiments show that the improved genetic algorithm setting results can effectively improve the pH control quality of the desulfurization slurry,reduce the overshoot of the control system,and improve the speed of response compared with the traditional genetic algorithm setting results.
