核电大修防腐管理工作浅谈

Discussion of the Anti-corrosion Management of Nuclear Power Plant Overhaul

核电大修是一项系统而复杂的工作,防腐工作作为核电大修的重要组成部分,对于预防设备腐蚀失效,保障机组安全稳定运行有着重大意义。结合北方某核电机组大修防腐管理实践,重点阐述了在大修准备、大修执行过程及大修总结三个阶段防腐工作的重点及管理经验,并提出了后续优化方向。

Nuclear power overhaul is a systematic and complex work.As an important part of nuclear power overhaul,anti-corrosion work is of great significance to prevent equipment failure due to corrosion and ensure the safe and stable operation of the units.Combined with the practice of anti-corrosion management in a nuclear power overhaul in North China,the key points and management experience of anti-corrosion work in the three stages of overhaul preparation,overhaul execution and overhaul summary are mainly discussed,and the follow-up optimization direction is put forward.
