摘要
通过对电厂汽轮机转子联轴器螺栓进行升级改造,设计了液压螺栓替代竹节螺栓、销钉螺栓的连接形式,计算并对比分析了液压螺栓与传统螺栓的预紧力,建立液压螺栓应力和形变量受力分析模型,获得了不同拉力下对应螺栓伸长量及安全系数。设计研究及实际应用结果表明,液压螺栓拆装速度快、定位精度及安全系数高。
Through upgrading the bolts of power plant steam turbine rotor couplings,hydraulic bolts are designed to replace bamboo bolts and pin bolts.The preload of hydraulic bolt and traditional bolt are calculated and compared.The stress and deformation analysis model of hydraulic bolt is established,and the corresponding bolt elongation and safety factor under different tension are obtained.The results of design research and practical application show that the hydraulic bolt has advantages of fast disassembly speed,high positioning accuracy and high safety factor.
