摘要
高压单芯电缆在城市输电网中得到了越来越广泛的应用,但其接地系统发生异常时会产生高悬浮电压进而引发严重后果。在对电缆"导体芯-铝护套-石墨层-接地体"三级电容进行理论分析的基础上,按照单端接地系统和交叉互联接地系统两种工况,计算分析了由接地系统异常引起的电缆线路高悬浮电压,并通过案例进行实证,提出了解决电缆线路高悬浮电压的措施。
High voltage single core cable is more and more widely used in urban transmission network.However,when its grounding system is abnormal,it will produce high suspension voltage and lead to serious consequences.Based on the theoretical analysis of the three-level capacitance of the cable"conductor core-aluminum sheath-graphite layer-grounding body",according to the two working conditions of single-ended grounding system and cross-connected grounding system,the high suspension voltage of cable line caused by the abnormal grounding system is calculated and analyzed.Through case study,the measures to solve the problem of high suspension voltage of cable line are put forward.
