中国正行进在实现社会主义现代化的后半程,需要牢牢把握不断变化的重要战略机遇期。把握战略机遇期的核心是清醒准确判断所处时代的主要特征,及时有效因应国内国际环境的变化,不断塑造出新的内外平衡状态,最大限度利用好各种积极因素,为中国的发展创造有利条件,并寻求与世界发展的同频共振。在民族国家的视角下构建"时-势-变"的分析框架,有利于深入分析当下和今后一段时间内重要战略机遇期的主要特征,讨论中国拥有的优势和存在的不足,探求创造内外新平衡的路径选择。

China has entered second half in terms of its endeavor to realize socialist modernization,so it needs to firmly grasp the changing important period of strategic opportunities.The core of grasping the strategic opportunity period is to soberly and accurately judge the main characteristics of the times,promptly and effectively respond to the changes of the international environment,constantly shape new states of internal and external balance,make full use of various positive factors,create favorable conditions for development,and seek coordination with the world’s development.Constructing the "time-trend-change" analytical framework from the perspective of nation-state is conducive to deeply analyzing the main characteristics of the important period of strategic opportunities now and for some time to come,discussing China’s advantages and shortcomings,and exploring selecting a path to create a new internal-external balance.
