试论百年变局中的“时”与“势”

On"Time"and"Trend"in the"Great Changes Unseen in a Century"

研判当今中国的时与势,离不开对当今中国的历史使命或全国人民的共同事业的正确认识。中国的复兴,并非追求所谓"世界性权力",而是追求免于被世界上任何外部权力干涉的自由。当今的中国,为了保障这种自由,有必要让经济社会率先进入更高维度的三维形态,或至少不在美国及其盟友的围堵和"规锁"之下止步于或被推回至二维经济形态,这是新时代建设社会主义现代化国家的重要具体任务。完成这一任务,重点在于办好我们自己的事,"成为更好的中国"。时在我一边,主要表现在新时代的中国正处于伟大的国家、伟大的使命和伟大领袖及人民齐聚在百年变局的关键阶段,这为成就现代化强国这一伟大事业提供了难逢的历史契机。势在我一边,具体表现在当前的中国顺应了社会主义复兴的大势、中华民族复兴的大势以及东方文明复兴的大势,正乘势而上迈向社会主义现代化强国。

Studying and judging the current "time and trend" in China is inseparable from a correct understanding of China’s historical mission or the common cause of the people of the whole country.China’s revival is not aimed at pursuing the so-called "world power",but the freedom from interference by any external power in the world.For today’s China,in order to protect this freedom,it is necessary to let the economy and society take the lead in entering a more advanced three-dimensional form,or at least ensure it will not stop at or be pushed back to a two-dimensional economic form due to the containment and "regulation lock" of the United States and its allies,which has been made an important specific task for building a modern socialist country in the new era.To accomplish this task,the key is to do our own things well and "make China better".The "time" is on China’s side,which is mainly reflected in the fact that China is now at a critical stage of being a great country,working for a great mission and having a great leader who,together with all of the people,are focusing on the great changes unseen in a century,which provides a rare historical opportunity for the great cause of building a modern and powerful country.The "trend" is also on China’s side,which is concretely reflected in the fact that China has complied with the general trend of socialist rejuvenation,the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and the rejuvenation of the oriental civilizations,so that China is taking advantage of the trend to move towards a powerful socialist modern country.
