嘉兴市河(湖)长制提档升级的方案包括改版开发“嘉兴市河(湖)长制管理信息系统”,创建全市通用的“河(湖)长公示牌电子化管理系统”、河(湖)长履职积分、责任水域健康状况评价与公众护水“绿水币”,逐步完善“一河一策”、动态量化评价水质状况等内容。并进一步建议,嘉兴市河(湖)长制工作提质增效,应做好认真履职成效考核并排名,适当激励相关负责部门,完善内部与外部监督机制等工作。

The upgrading scheme of river and lake chief system implemented in Jiaxing includes Management Information System of River and Lake Chiefs,Computerization Management System of Chief Billboards,Performance Integrals of river and lake chiefs,“Green Water Coin”for Water Quality Evaluation,One-on-one Measures for Waters Management,Quantitative Dynamic Evaluation of Water Quality and etc.And suggestions are also put forward on quality and efficiency improvement of river and lake chief system by assessing and ranking the performance,so as to motivate relevant responsible departments and improve internal and external supervision mechanisms.
