摘要
绍兴市城区曹娥江引水工程主要为改善绍兴平原河网区水环境而兴建,于2010年完工运行。工程东西向横穿上虞区、柯桥区和越城区,至绍兴市区,再向北汇流入曹娥江。该工程不同水质监测断面中化学需氧量指标年际、年内的变化趋势表明,引水工程运行年均引水量2.48×10^(8) m^(3),能有效提升受水区水质,使城区水流畅通,各断面水质由Ⅳ—劣Ⅴ类逐渐稳定在Ⅰ—Ⅲ类,但由于季节等原因,水质也在年内发生周期性变化。据此,建议建立工程引水量动态调整机制,根据水质的实时测量数据调整引水量。
Cao e river water diversion project in Shaoxing is mainly built to improve the water environment of Shaoxing river network.The project was completed in 2010,which crosses Shangyu,Keqiao and Yuecheng District from east to west,and flows into Cao e river.The inter-annual and intra-annual variation trends of COD indexes in different river monitoring sections show that the average annual water diversion of the project is 248 million m^(3),which can greatly improve the water quality in demand area and make the urban water flow unimpeded.The water quality in each section increased from classⅣorⅤto above classⅢ.Due to seasons and other reasons,the water quality also changes periodically during the year.It is suggested to establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism of water diversion and adjust the volume according to real-time measurement data of water quality.
