考虑可靠性与源荷双侧不确定性的多目标需求响应模型 被引量:4

Multi-objective Demand Response Dispatching Model Considering Reliability and Source-load Side Uncertainty

摘要 实现对需求侧资源的调度是建设“源-网-荷”互动电网的关键一环。为研究需求响应对系统经济性和可靠性指标的影响,考虑源荷双侧多重不确定因素,提出机会风险备用的容量配置方法。以失负荷概率为供用电可靠性指标、以线路负载严重度为传输可靠性指标,构造多目标模糊随机机会约束规划调度模型,并采用基于分解的多目标进化算法和熵权法进行求解和决策。通过算例仿真和对比分析,验证了所提模型及求解的有效性。研究结果表明,需求响应可以有效提升系统经济效应,削峰填谷,平抑负荷波动,提升系统可靠性,优化潮流分布。 The dispatch of demand-side resources is a key link in the construction of"source-network-load"interactive power grid.In order to study the impact of demand response on system economy and reliability indicators,considering multiple uncertainties of both sides on source and load,we propose an alternative capacity allocation method for opportunity risk reserve.We constructed a multi-objective fuzzy random chance constrained programming scheduling model with the probability of load loss as the reliability index for power supply and the risk of line load as the transmission reliability index.And we used multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition and the entropy weight method to make solutions and decisions.The validity of the proposed model and solution is verified by numerical simulation and comparative analysis.The results show that demand response can effectively enhance the economic effect of the system,cut peak and fill valley,smooth load fluctuation to improve system reliability and optimize the distribution of power flow.
