摘要
氢能是国际公认的新型绿色能源,加速对氢能开发利用符合我国当前能源结构转变以及可持续发展战略。重整制氢因其制氢率较高,工艺较成熟,成本较低等优势而成为当前最为重要的制氢方法之一,但现阶段重整制氢仍存在一定的局限性。综述了近年来重整制氢的主要方法,重点分析蒸汽重整、部分氧化重整、自热重整在制氢过程出现的问题及改进方法,集中阐述催化剂、操作条件、重整方式及反应器对重整制氢的作用效果,展望了重整制氢的研究方向。
Hydrogen energy is recognized internationally as a new type of green energy.Accelerating the development and utilization of hydrogen energy is in line with China’s current energy structure transformation and sustainable development strategy.Reforming hydrogen production has become one of the most important hydrogen production methods because of its high hydrogen production efficiency,mature process and low cost.However,there are still some limitations in reforming hydrogen production at this stage.The main methods of hydrogen production by reforming in recent years are reviewed.The problems and improvement methods of steam reforming,partial oxidation reforming and autothermal reforming in hydrogen production process are emphatically analyzed.The effects of catalysts,operating conditions,reforming methods and reactors on hydrogen production by reforming are expounded.The research direction of hydrogen production from reforming is prospected.
