摘要
丙烯作为仅次于乙烯的重要化工原料,需求量非常大,丙烷氧化脱氢反应可克服热力学平衡限制,延长催化剂使用寿命,备受关注。综述了丙烷氧化脱氢制丙烯催化剂的研究进展情况,重点介绍了不同金属组分掺杂/负载的多孔材料催化剂对丙烷氧化脱氢制丙烯反应的催化性能,并对催化剂的发展方向进行了展望。指出开发性能更加优异的催化剂,从催化剂的微观结构和宏观性能方面着手进行设计、调整和优化,解决活性和选择性之间的协调问题,以满足工业催化剂的要求,是今后的主要研究方向。同时,应对催化剂寿命和再生问题进行系统地研究。
As an important chemical raw material next to ethylene,propylene is in great demand.Oxidative dehydrogenation of propane can overcome the thermodynamic equilibrium limit and extend the life of the catalyst,which has attracted much attention.In this paper,the research progress on catalysts for propane oxidative dehydrogenation to propylene was reviewed.The catalytic performance of porous material catalysts doped/supported with different metal for the oxidative dehydrogenation of propane to propylene were introduced emphatically,and the development direction of the catalysts was prospected.It was forecasted that developing catalysts with better performance,solving the coordination problem between activity and selectivity with designing,adjusting and optimizing catalysts from the aspects of microstructure and macroscopic properties to meet the requirements of industrial catalysts were the major research direction.At the same time,the life and regeneration of catalyst should be studied systematically.
