探索催化剂汽提时间对ACE装置收率的影响

Explore the effect of catalyst stripping time on the yield of ACE unit

ACE装置是国内外广泛使用的催化裂化催化剂评价装置,而催化剂汽提时间是进行ACE评价的重要操作参数。考察催化剂汽提时间对ACE装置产品收率的影响,结果表明,催化剂汽提时间为300 s时,催化剂所携带的可汽提油气基本被汽提干净。

ACE unit is a widely used catalytic cracking catalyst evaluation unit at home and abroad,and catalyst strip time is an important operational parameter of ACE evaluation.This paper investigated the influence of catalyst strip time on the yield of ACE unit.The results showed that strippable oil and gas carried by catalyst were stripped almost completely when strip time was 300 s.
