某煤储运系统的设计优化

摘要 某地煤制甲醇装置采用火车翻车机卸煤+圆形煤场储存+四齿辊破碎机加工的煤储运系统方案。介绍了该煤储运系统的方案选择、工艺流程、设备选型、安全环保措施等,认为它具有流程简单、可靠性高、易于操作、维护方便等优势,同时采用无动力除尘导料槽与分流煤仓的新型设计理念,降低了生产能耗和运行成本,可供同类系统设计参考。 A coal to methanol plant employs a coal storage and handling system designed with wagon tippler coal unloading+circular coal storage+quad roll crusher.The scheme,process flow,equipment selection are examined,safety and environmental measures for the coal storage and handling system,and it is concluded that the system features advantages including a simple flow,high reliability,easy operation,and convenient maintenance.It also em⁃ploys power⁃less dust elimination guided chute and diversion coal hopper based on a novel design philosophy,which reduces the production energy con⁃sumption and operating cost,and can be reference for designing similar systems.
