摘要
某600 kt/a磷铵装置实际运行中出现某项尾气监测指标(如颗粒物、氟化物、氨质量浓度)短时超标的情况,对周边环境造成了一定影响。通过分析装置尾气洗涤系统的运行现状查找了尾气超标的原因,并从洗涤原理入手对洗涤系统和操作参数进行优化,实现了尾气稳定达标排放。
During the actual operation of a 600 kt/a ammonium phosphate plant,a tailgas emission monitoring figure(such as particulate,fluoride,am⁃monia mass concentration)showed transient excess beyond the standard requirement,which posed certain impact on the surrounding environment.Through analysis of the operation status of the tailgas scrubbing system,the cause for the excessive tailgas emission figure is identified.Optimization is conducted for the scrubbing system and operating parameters starting from the scrubbing mechanism,and tailgas emission satisfying the standard requirements is a⁃chieved.
