摘要
针对长轴液下泵在硫酸系统的酸性废水输送过程中的弊端,改用了一种带虹吸罐的卧式泵。比较了改造前后酸性废水输送的设备和流程,分析了改造后的实施效果,认为带虹吸罐的卧式泵可大大降低检修强度与难度,减少检修时间和成本,从而保证酸性废水输送的连续稳定性。
For the disadvantages of long⁃shaft submersible pump in delivering acid waste water from the sulphuric acid system,a horizontal pump with priming tank is used instead.The equipment and flow in the acid waste water delivery are compared before and after revamp,the effect after revamp is ana⁃lyzed,and it is concluded that the horizontal with priming tank can significantly reduce the maintenance intensity and difficulty,reduce the maintenance time and cost,so as to ensure continued stability of the acid waste water delivery.
