电除雾器在烟气制酸生产中的应用要点

Application of Electrostatic Mist Eliminator in Flue Gas⁃fed Sulphuric Acid Plant

在有色金属冶炼烟气制酸行业中,由于火法冶炼中烟气中含有矿尘、氟、砷、三氧化硫等,杂质较多,成分复杂。烟气中的SO2转化成SO3以及吸收制酸前,必须进行降温、洗涤、除雾后为后续工序提供洁净烟气,故电除雾器的作用相当重要,结合应用实践介绍了电除雾器的工作原理和结构,总结了它应用于烟气湿法洗涤时的质量控制、故障控制等注意事项。

In the sulphuric acid industry with flue gas feed from non⁃ferrous metal smelting,such flue gas from pyrometallurgical process contains complex impurities like dust,fluorine,arsenic,and SO_(3).Prior to converting SO_(2) in the flue gas to SO_(3) and absorption to make acid,cooling,scrubbing and mist elimination must be performed in order to provide clean flue gas for downstream process,hence the electrostatic mist eliminator plays an essential role.Based on actual application,the working principle and construction of the electrostatic mist eliminator are outlined,and the considerations are reviewed for quality control,failure control during its application in flue gas wet scrubbing.
