磷肥工业副产含氟硅渣的利用现状和建议 被引量:4

Current Status and Suggestion for Utilization of Fluorine⁃containing Silicon Residue as a By⁃product in the Phosphate Fertilizer Industry

摘要 磷肥工业副产含氟硅渣主要成分是二氧化硅,主要来源于磷肥生产中含氟废气的吸收过程和由氟硅酸为原料制备氟化物的加工过程。介绍了目前磷肥工业副产含氟硅渣常用的利用方法,如制备脱氟剂、水玻璃、白炭黑、无磷助洗剂、工业硅、碳化硅和氟硅酸铵等产品,分析了目前含氟硅渣利用存在的问题,并考虑到企业实情、经济效益和社会效益,对磷肥企业提出合理的建议。 Fluorine⁃containing silicon residue as a by⁃product from the phosphate fertilizer industry is mainly composed of silicon dioxide,which typically comes from absorption of fluorine⁃containing offgas during phosphate fertilizer production,and the production of fluoride from fluorosilicic acid feed.The typical methods are outlined to utilize fluorine⁃containing silicon residue as a by⁃product from the phosphate fertilizer industry,such as to produce fluorine removal agent,sodium silicate,white carbon black,phosphorus⁃free detergent,industrial silicon,silicon carbide,ammonium hydrogen fluoride and other products.The existing problems are analyzed with the utilization of fluorine⁃containing silicon residue,and reasonable suggestions for the phosphate fertilizer producers based on the current status of the producer and economic benefit and social benefit are given.
