该文以绿色可持续发展为主题,围绕生态补偿政策对陕西生态功能区农户可持续生计的影响展开研究。首先,对生态补偿、可持续生计相关内涵、要点等进行了简单概述;其次,就生态补偿政策在当前陕西省的综合实施情况以及该政策对处于生态功能区农户可持续生计所造成的具体影响等进行了全面的分析与研讨;最后,围绕生态补偿政策实施背景下陕西生态功能区农户可持续生计水平提升策略予以了详细介绍。希望能够借助此研究,为生态补偿政策在陕西各地的有序、有效实施提供更多的借鉴意义,由此来更好地达到人与自然和谐共生的目标要求。

Taking green sustainable development as the theme,this paper studies the impact of ecological compensation policy on farmers’sustainable livelihood in Shaanxi ecological functional area.Firstly,it briefly summarizes the connotation and key points of ecological compensation and sustainable livelihood;secondly,it makes a comprehensive analysis and discussion on the comprehensive implementation of the ecological compensation policy in Shaanxi Province and the specific impact of the policy on the sustainable livelihood of farmers in ecological functional areas;finally,the strategies to improve the sustainable livelihood level of farmers in Shaanxi ecological functional area under the background of the implementation of ecological compensation policy are introduced in detail.It is hoped that the following research can provide more reference for the orderly and effective implementation of ecological compensation policy in Shaanxi,so as to better achieve the goal of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
