摘要
该文主要探究体育人力资源管理创新与提升能力策略。研究过程中,以体育人力资源概述为切入点,结合学校体育行业,阐述体育人力资源具有文化素养低、人员相对稀缺、知识面不广的特点,以此为基础,分析人力资源管理中存在管理过于强调工作内容、人力资源架构不足、缺乏创新管理理念的问题,并提出创新管理策略,从而为相关工作者提供参考。
This paper mainly explores the strategies of sports human resource management innovation and ability promotion.In the research process,taking the overview of sports human resources as the starting point,combined with the school sports industry,this paper expounds that sports human resources have the characteristics of low cultural literacy,relatively scarce personnel and limited knowledge.On this basis,it analyzes the problems in human resource management,such as too much emphasis on work content,insufficient human resource structure and lack of innovative management concept,and put forward innovative management strategies,so as to provide reference for relevant workers.
