河北省乡村振兴战略下农村科技人才队伍建设研究

Research on the Construction of Rural Scientific and Technological Talents under the Rural Revitalization Strategy of Hebei Province

近些年,农村人口向城市化转移和发展的趋势越来越显著,而农村人才缺口问题也愈发严重,空心化、老龄化成为了农村人口发展的核心标签。农村人才缺乏在极大程度上阻碍和制约着农村经济的发展,如果任由此形势继续发展下去,农村经济的可持续发展目标将难以实现。鉴于此,在乡村振兴战略的引导下,农村发展工作中最首要的任务就是强化人才培养,壮大人才队伍,将更多人才资源引入农村,突破人才瓶颈的制约,为农村发展提供强劲动力。该文将就河北省乡村振兴战略下,农村科技人才队伍建设工作进行深入分析和探究。

In recent years,the trend of rural population transfer and development to urbanization is becoming more and more significant,and the problem of rural talent gap is becoming more and more serious.Hollowing out and aging have become the core label of rural population development.The lack of rural talents hinders and restricts the development of rural economy to a great extent.If the situation continues to develop,it will be difficult to achieve the goal of sustainable development of rural economy.In view of this,under the guidance of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the most important task in rural development is to strengthen talent training,expand talent team,introduce more talent resources into rural areas,break through the constraints of talent bottleneck and provide a strong driving force for rural development.This paper will make an in-depth analysis and exploration on the construction of rural scientific and technological talents under the Rural Revitalization Strategy of Hebei Province.
