以就业为导向的高职教育质量评价体系研究

Study on Employment-oriented Quality Evaluation System in Higher Vocational Educational Education Quality Evaluation System

完善教育质量评价体系对于高职教育落实立德树人的根本任务,以及高职院校实现内涵式发展具有十分重要的意义。该文以就业导向下的高职院校教学需求为背景,对当前高职院校教育质量评价现状做深入分析和探索,阐述了当前高职院校教育质量评价工作开展中所存在的现实问题,并通过对问题的解读与分析,从完善人才培养的标准、创设立体评价机制以及培养学生就业能力这3个方面提出了完善高职教育质量评价体系的对策。

Improving the education quality evaluation system is of great significance to the implementation of the fundamental task of"Lide Shuren"in higher vocational education and the realization of connotative development in higher vocational colleges.Based on the teaching needs of higher vocational colleges under the guidance of employment,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and exploration on the current situation of education quality evaluation in higher vocational colleges,expounds the practical problems existing in the development of education quality evaluation in higher vocational colleges.And through the interpretation and analysis of the problems,from perfecting the standards of talent training,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the quality evaluation system of higher vocational education from the three aspects of creating three-dimensional evaluation mechanism and cultivating students’employability.
