公众号结合微信群在社区流感预防宣教中的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Official Account and WeChat Group in Community Influenza Prevention Education

摘要 目的探讨公众号结合微信群在社区流行性感冒(流感)预防宣教中的应用价值。方法选取社区常住居民140名,采用分层随机抽样分为观察组与对照组,各70名。对照组实施传统流感预防宣教;观察组采用公众号结合微信群进行流感预防宣教,观察2组流感发生率,宣教前后流感知识掌握程度、知信行评分变化及宣教满意度。结果随访6个月,观察组流感发生率为7.14%,低于对照组18.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宣教后,观察组主要症状(85.14±6.43)分、传播方式(81.04±6.85)分、易侵袭人群(83.91±6.13)分,高于同期对照组主要症状(78.54±6.17)分、传播方式(73.15±6.32)分、易侵袭人群(76.17±5.7)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);宣教后,与同期对照组预防知识(14.81±3.04)、态度(12.94±2.69)、行为评分(9.24±1.89)比较,观察组预防知识(18.73±3.18)、态度(15.24±3.711)、行为评分(11.45±2.51)评分明显较高;观察组宣教满意率为97.14%,高于对照组87.14%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论公众号结合微信群在社区流感预防宣教中的应用,可改善社区居民流感认知及知信行状况,有效预防流感,提升居民满意度。 Objective To explore the application value of official account and WeChat group in community influenza prevention education.Methods A total of 140 residents in the community were selected and grouped by random number table method,70 cases in the control group were implemented traditional influenza prevention education,70 in the observation group,used official account and WeChat group for influenza prevention education,the incidence of influenza,the changes of influenza knowledge mastery and knowledge-attitude-practice scores before and after education,the education satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results Six months follow-up,the incidence of influenza in the observation group was 7.14%less than 18.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After the mission,the main symptoms(85.14±6.43),mode of transmission(81.04±6.85)and invasive population(83.91±6.13)were significantly higher than that of the control group of the main symptoms(78.54±6.17),the mode of transmission(73.15±6.32)and the vulnerable population(76.17±5.7).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the mission,compares with the control group prevention knowledge(14.81±3.04),attitude(12.94±2.69),behavior score(9.24±1.89),the scores of prevention knowledge(18.73±3.18),attitude(15.24±3.71)and behavior(11.45±2.51)in the observation group were significantly higher.The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than 87.14%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of official account combined with WeChat group in community influenza prevention education can significantly improve the community residents’influenza awareness and the knowledge,attitude and practice status,effectively prevent influenza,and improve residents’satisfaction.
