摘要
急性心肌梗死(AMI)的发生和进展与心肌微循环障碍密切相关,因而AMI的诊疗和预后依赖于微循环灌注状态信息的有效获取。随着超声医学的发展,可有效评估心肌微循环的心肌声学造影技术在AMI临床诊疗中逐渐应用,大大提高了AMI的临床诊治。现主要综述心肌声学造影在AMI再灌注前后的应用、危险分层、疗效评估和存活心肌检测等方面的应用进展。
The occurrence and progression of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)are closely related to myocardial microcirculation disorder.Therefore,the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of AMI depend on the effective acquisition of microcirculation perfusion state information.With the development of ultrasound medicine,myocardial contrast echocardiography,which can effectively evaluate myocardial microcirculation,is gradually applied in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of AMI,which greatly improves the clinical diagnosis and treatment of AMI.This article mainly reviews the application of myocardial contrast echocardiography before and after AMI reperfusion,risk stratification,efficacy evaluation,detection of viable myocardium and so on.
