摘要
作为分子影像技术的重要组成部分,正电子发射计算机体层显像仪具有其他传统成像手段无法比拟的高灵敏度和高特异性,可将冠状动脉粥样硬化易损斑块的早期病理生理改变和存活心肌的细胞状态可视化,为冠心病的早期防治进展带来全新的意义。现就正电子发射计算机体层显像仪对冠心病易损斑块和存活心肌的早期识别价值予以综合阐述。
As an important part of molecular imaging technology,positron emission tomography and computed tomography(PET/CT)has higher sensitivity and specificity than other traditional imaging methods.PET/CT can visualize the early pathophysiological changes of coronary atherosclerosis vulnerable plaques and the cell status of viable myocardium,and bring new significance to the progress of early prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.This review focuses on the value of PET/CT in early identification of unstable plaques and viable myocardium in coronary heart disease.
